Scheduling
The chairperson or vice-chairperson of the Board shall
schedule regular business meetings and shall schedule additional business
meetings as necessary or upon the request of a majority of the Board members.

Matters for Consideration;
Majority Vote
At business meetings, the chairperson, chairperson’s
designee, Board members, agency staff, or invited guests shall present matters
relating to Board policy and administration for consideration. A decision at a
business meeting requires a majority of affirmative votes.
