Present Duties
The Oregon Student Access Commission (OSAC), created by the 1959 Legislature, administers a variety of state, federal and privately funded student financial aid programs for the benefit of Oregonians attending institutions of postsecondary education. The agency works to create a college-going culture for all Oregonians by providing access through information, mentoring and financial support.
