Biography
Jacqueline Sowell is the New Media Coordinator and Webmaster for the Secretary of State. She is responsible for the agency's social media strategy as well as its Internet properties. She also assists in the user experience design of online applications offered by the divisions of the Secretary of State.
Jacqueline joined the Secretary of State's staff in the summer of 2011. She has worked in both the public and private sector, teaching at universities in California and Washington and working in the high tech industry.
